Muya Chang received the M.S. degree in computer science and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, in 2020. He is currently a research associate at University of Notre Dame. His research interest includes energy-efficient hardware design for distributed optimizations.
